Nightmare Raven. A cruel and vicious woman. She has a hysteric side to her which excessively punishes citizens and miscreants alike. She is heavily reliant on her status as one of the Nightmare Raven. She is the archetypal Raven who treats lower-caste citizens and males as garbage. She wields a whip Armament to break those who oppose her into submission.
