Ouida

Originally was going to marry the newly divorced Frederick Jinx, hoping it would protect her daughter, Cindi, from becoming an agent of The Council. However, with Frederick having other ideas, Ouida calls the marriage off, which Frederick does not take kindly too. Her first husband was killed in an attack by The Phoenix Custodians in revenge for a previously successful mission. Ouida kills the person responsible for her husband's death, but withdraws from her daughter afterwards.
