アルジー

Meister is literally the "master" of the Blue Room and MC of Russian Roulette. He reappears on the fourth floor as the host of the Banquet, a larger edition of Russian Roulette. He is seemingly indifferent to ASUNARO and treats both sides equally. He enforces rules as they are told and doesn't sway in his judgment.
