The only girl in Kotoha's group who can't use hypnotism. Though Kotoha taught her hypnotism, she couldn't awaken her hypnosis abilities. As such, she has a strong desire to become a hypnotist. Mutsuki is also secretly a fan of the protagonist, the hypnotist who is active overseas. Mutsuki is bright, positive and hardworking, and everyone considers her like a younger sister.
