Konomi's neighbor and childhood friend, three years older than her. Currently acting as a home tutor (at his own house) for Konomi. He's kind and doesn't yell, but if Konomi forgets to do her homework, he spanks her with a ruler. Rather than lecturing, he's the type to gently scold you into a corner before you realize what's going on.
