Saotome Umeko

Umeko is Yuu’s grandmother. She’s in her eighties, and her health is beginning to deteriorate. Her eyesight is failing, her back is plagued with aches and pains, and she can do little but shuffle around her home in her slippers. Despite her physical ailments, however, Umeko remains in high spirits, and is rarely seen without a smile. She enjoys teasing people, but she’s unfailingly kind to her loved ones. [From Lemma Soft]
