吉次 信高

He is a wealthy merchant who makes his living selling gold from Oshu in Kyoto. As he travels around the country on foot, he keeps a sharp eye on developments in the country. He wants to welcome Shanao, the youngest son of the Minamoto clan, to Hiraizumi.
