Side character of episode 2 One of the three remaining survivors of Futagami village. Mikoto's friend. A mature man with a calming mindset. Later on in the story, Ritsu became the last person living with Kirina. Acknowledging the fact that his sickness would lead to inevitable death, he decided to pass on his daily life experience and skillsets to her before he died.
