A colleague of Lai's at the Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station. He once arrested Jin Ke in an independent investigation, but his daughter Lam Lam was almost kidnapped due to a grudge. He later divorced in order to protect his family, but deep down, he was worried about the separation. He has the ability to see through people's true nature and described Lycoris as a Valkyrie, the goddess who guides the souls of the dead. He had a high deductive ability and often engaged in waging a battle of wits with Lycoris. He died a violent death while investigating the Lau Ka Tung murder case with Chase.
