He is an SE who came to Hong Kong from China and worked for a system development company. He met Boss Ting on a gay dating app and became close enough to ask him to run the club in the future. However, after Boss Ting's death, he feels that NASA has started to give priority to female customers, and he instigates harassment of hostesses on the image-posting SNS he runs.
