Sunny's boss, who had Sunny work as an undercover agent in the Red Flower Society. He has been investigating for many years to find out who is behind the falsification of coroner's report in the Hong Kong Police Department. At first it is a solitary battle, but eventually he gains the cooperation of May, OJ, Fatso, and Sunny, and closes in on the identity of the mastermind. He and Lai were classmates at the police academy, and Lai recommended him to Francis.
