A private practitioner who treats injuries of people related to the underworld, such as The Web and the HH brothers, whose conditions do not allow them to see a regular hospital. He is a childhood friend of The Ghost and became a doctor because he admired The Ghost's father. He sometimes works part-time at a general hospital, and at the time of the Francis attack, he cooperated in a secret plan orchestrated behind the scenes. He is also the person who lent medical books to Yvet, who was training at The Web assasin school.
