The head of 13K, an underground social organization in the New Territories. When he saw Big B trying to handle marijuana in Yuen Long, he inquired about the identity of the Red Flower Society and was impressed by Yvet's response. Later, when Ma Wen asks him to help in a plan to clean up Lao Pao, he announces his participation when he hears that the Red Flower Society is involved. He has a wife and children whom he has not seen for a long time since his divorce.
