Brawly

The student council vice-president. Despite his tad scary appearance, he's a good and really carefree guy, but often scolded by Roxanne due to his laidback attitude. He tends to help around the other clubs too. Brawly was first introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire versions.
