An individual working for the Maya Union; a former assassination target with the priority number of 69. His hobby is raping women but it seems despite his name he's neither a pedo nor a lolicon. He was blown away by Mezaroa who killed him using his own move "tsukiyubi" (突指), but it's not fully known whether he isn't still alive somehow (probably not).
