One of the "veteran" ParaMail riders and a light artillery member of the First Unit. A childhood friend of Hilda and Chris, Rosalie is always tagging alongside them. She isn't very skilled, but has survived up until now by tagging along with someone who has power, and is shown to love money. After Zola's death, Rosalie shows a grudge against Ange.
