Celica's father. A wealthy eccentric man who has kept his daughter locked up in her home since she was a child. He wants Touma to marry his daughter and sets up a trial for him to pass. However when Madoka runs off crying after their meeting he realizes she was in love with Touma as well and Touma's engagement to his daughter would hurt her. So he gives Touma 3 days to decide whom to marry, Cecilia, Madoka, or even Touma's own sister Sakura. Whomever Touma chooses Rudman promises to make it happen.
