Kokoro's mother, and the owner-operator of Cafe Origami, where Makoto is staying. She's a laid back and kind woman, but some say she's a bit of an airhead too. Many of the cafe's customers have become regulars thanks to the combination of her pleasant personality and her first-rate cooking skills.
