A high schooler who hopes to someday operate as a Nakano informant; 16 years old. Though he admires Pollon and Cross (the feeling is not mutual), his aim is still, in his words, “to become Nakano’s untoppable, unstoppable guy in the chair”—hence why he hasn’t joined the Symphonies. Wind is cheerful, friendly, and quick to recognize others’ good traits—all things considered, he’s pleasant to be around. He’s currently devoted to a very loving relationship with an AI character.
