The second oldest of the three Kuki brothers who transferred into Nanashina Senior High School. He is twins with Hikaru. Shizuka has a very sly personality and he loves girls. Though he hooks up with all the girls that woo him, he's rarely the initiator. He bears somewhat of a complex towards his younger brother, Hikaru, and shows signs of rebelling against him.
