He's Mikoto's older brother and a first-year university student. Although he is called "brother," he is actually Mikoto and Soushi's cousin. He has a cool and distant aura, but he is overly protective and interfering when it comes to Mikoto. He started archery in high school and continued to practice it even after graduation.
