In contrast to fellow third year Rinko, Tsubaki is very boyish, and has been a tomboy for as long as she can remember. Her father was a world famous kick-boxer, and has been trained by him from a very young age. Longing to be like her father, Tsubaki has taken to his style of kickboxing. However, she has a girlish side, helping her mother in her Green Tea Ceremonies. Recently, she has been claiming to be Shunosuke's wife. In addition, she and Shunosuke sneak some nooky here and there.
