He used to work as the secretary of the protagonist's father but is currently unemployed. Apparently he was an excellent secretary though you'd doubt it because he tends to act like an idiot. He's always getting yelled at for hanging around the protagonist and Souichi, but for some reason he gets really happy whenever the protagonist is mad at him.
