ジェイムズ・バーンズ

Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army stationed in Japan. A stoic soldier that is strict with himself and others. He's fluent in Japanese. Because of an old wound on his left leg he walks with a cane and has stepped back from active duty to act as a guide for the younger generation. Sometimes he shows a kind smile to the protagonist.
