Patty is an american exchange student. She had a friend in USA who is Japanese tell her about Japan convincing her to study abroad. While she is very friendly she is also an idiot and ignorant. She continues to get random knowledge of Japan that is either out dated or only parts are a true. She stands out for being american but mostly because she does strange things.
