Self-proclaimed Incarnation of the Dragon King. Usually lives in the Dragon World, but thanks to the Carbuncle Garnet can be summoned whenever her knowledge is required. Has a peculiar naming sense, and due to this, she tends to fall into verbal disputes with Agnes, who often criticizes her naming sense.
