The manager of the Dream House and Konoka's mother. Rino used to be a world-famous artist, but nowadays she does nothing else but lays inside kotatsus. Because Rino is completely hopeless in anything except producing art, she leaves all of the housework for the residents of the Dream House and her room is quite messy due to that. She is also Ichigo's long-time friend.
