A strange exchange student who transfers to Oliver's school the same day as Lou Oddo. She seems unintellectual and airheaded at the first glance but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Turns out, Julia is not a normal student but an investigator Julia Raider. She's the sister of the deceased Mitchel Raider, and transfered to the academy in order to investigate his death undercover.
