Generally speaking, he's a world history teacher who's flashy in both appearance and behavior. Most likely because he grew up without a mother, he hold some prejudice towards women and believes that all high school girls are just playing around. He enjoys playing around, mocking idiotic students through excessive skinship. Although he has a wealth of historical knowledge, he only thinks of it as a "tool" to make a living.
