Miruku's mascot character. She's a retired magical girl. Because of her sexually playful nature and drunkenness, Akira asks her to have sex with the other girls when they're overwhelmed by sexual desire. She's desperate to save her government job to bring Miruku home and retrieve the Dream Flowers, even if that means lying to and manipulating her superiors.
