She is the most skilled mechanic in the local area, and receives a wide range of requests due to her good-natured personality. Koume is the only person capable of maintaining the protagonist's and Ureshiko's aircrafts. She has a small crush on the protagonist. She's self-conscious of her size, and she admires Miyuki. She's working hard on polishing her feminine charms.
