Tokiya is Hayato's twin brother, and because of him he suffers an inferiority complex. He's cold toward others and is a perfectionist, though it is said that unlike his brother, his music lacks "heart". He shares a room with Otoya from Class A and is in Class S. The truth is, he doesn't have a twin brother and he himself is actually Hayato.
